Welcome to OnSite Lawn Services, LLC. We want to make our lawn care company an unparalleled experience. We do this by offering credit card payments via online payment , Quickbooks or Paypal & Cash. There is no need to go through the hassle of leaving payment every visit. Our complete dedication to our customers insures them quality services with reliable schedules. We currently offer a weekly or biweekly schedule for mowing services. There is NO contract, but we insist on communicating with us within a 24-hour time period for any changes. Communication and feedback is key, so please let us know how we can make your experience the best for you!
Please make sure all back yards are accessible on your scheduled lawn care visit. There will be no discounts for incomplete services due to locked gates, etc. However, we will make our best attempt to arrive another time to complete your lawn, depending on the demographics of our scheduled services later that week.
We understand that weather might be a problem. To insure a consistent schedule, we will use our make-up day/days for any time lost due to rain. We will use our best judgment to keep your lawn looking beautiful. We do NOT mow wet grass.
If you have pets, we ask that all toys, feces and any other small items be picked up before your day of service. We will do our best to avoid toys but will not be responsible for any damages of items that may interfere with the maintenance of your yard. We cannot be held responsible for any pet (s) while maintenance is being performed. On your scheduled service day please assure that your lawn is free of pet droppings. We reserve the right to charge a $15.00 equipment clean-up fee for excessive pet droppings on your property.
Unsatisfied Service/Dispute of Service
Contact us within 24 hours if you are not happy with the service, or if you think the service wasn’t completed at all. We can re-send the crew out to fix any issue. Any complaints addressed after the 24-hour window will be notated for the next visit. Any disputes after this time period may make it too difficult to distinguish whether the work was completed. We want happy customers, and if for any reason (s) you are not satisfied with your service please contact us within 24 hours. We cannot issue refunds for the service, but we will fix the problem.
